Program Descriptions

Culinary Arts
Culinary Arts delivers an intense, six-month, program offering an off-site Colorado Farm to Table Externship. Culinary Arts feeds your passion by developing your sensibility and philosophy about food, ingredients, cooking techniques, and dining. As a CSR student, we will provide instruction regarding the intricacies and challenges of sourcing and serving local, seasonal food.

Chef Track
Chef Track is an 18-week, dynamic, hands-on program. Chef Track is all about food, cooking and helping to prepare you for the culinary industry. You work side-by-side with students and the class instructor in an intimate commercial kitchen setting. This culinary program offers a rare opportunity to cook, network, and learn first hand from experienced chefs. Chef Track feeds your passion for the culinary arts.

Pastry Arts
Pastry Arts is a 15-week, evening and weekend program featuring the essentials of pastry and baking. In fifteen weeks, this program covers essential baking and pastry skills from classic pātisserie and confections, plating and restaurant style desserts and advanced pastry topics. You taste everything! Program instruction will focus on developing your sensibilities and philosophy about pastry, baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation. Also, the program will highlight what it takes to get outstanding results while working toward pastry artistry.
